Grand Army Plaza Arch Overlook

The Soldiers' and Sailors' Memorial Arch anchors this massive traffic circle at the entrance to Prospect Park, and standing under it looking down Flatbush or Eastern Parkway gives you one of Brooklyn's grandest street-level views. Occasionally the top of the arch opens for tours with an even better vantage point.
