Malcolm W. Martin Memorial Park Overlook

A five-story zig-zagged ramp on the Illinois side of the river gives what's generally agreed to be the single best land view of the Gateway Arch and downtown skyline together. The Gateway Geyser fountain next door shoots water 630 feet up several times a day, matching the arch's height exactly.
