Fort Greene Park - Prison Ship Martyrs Monument

A 149-foot Doric column sits at the top of Fort Greene's central hill, and the surrounding plaza gives you a rare wide-open look over the Brooklyn rooftops toward the Manhattan skyline. Climb the stone steps at sunset when the whole park empties out except for a few regulars.
