The Dreamer

A 17-foot bronze sculpture by David Phelps depicting a barefoot man at rest, installed in 1989 at the corner of West Panther Creek Drive and Woodlands Parkway. It's one of the oldest pieces in the community's public art collection, predating much of the development around it, and easy to drive past at speed without noticing.
