Points North Theatre Company

A community theater company that relocated to The Woodlands in 2019 after rebranding from Houston's UpStage Theatre, now staging monthly interactive murder mystery dinner shows at the Recreational Enrichment Center and a beloved annual Shakespeare in the Park production each fall at Rob Fleming Park. It gives the area a second working community theater beyond Class Act Productions, with a more casual, outdoor-and-dinner-theater bent rather than a traditional black-box season. The free outdoor Shakespeare performances in particular draw a wide range of ages who might never buy a ticket to an indoor play.
