Snug Harbor Cultural Center Botanical Garden

Eight themed gardens including a Chinese scholar's garden built by artisans flown in from Suzhou, spread across a former sailors' retreat campus. It's one of the least-visited great gardens in the city, purely because of the ferry ride.
