Wagner Park, Battery Park City

Recently rebuilt, this little park at the southern tip of Battery Park City frames the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island almost too perfectly to be an accident. It's the calmest spot to watch the harbor without the crush of tourists at Battery Park proper next door.
