PIER 17 Rooftop, South Street Seaport

The rooftop of this renovated seaport pier has a rare direct view up at the underside of the Brooklyn Bridge, plus the East River traffic passing right below. In summer it hosts free outdoor concerts up there with the bridge lit up as the backdrop.
